Does this rotate every page, or can I choose individual pages?
The rotation applies to the entire document at once. If only specific pages are sideways, rotate the whole file first, or split it and rotate that individual page separately.
Will rotating affect the text or file size?
No — rotation just changes each page's orientation and re-saves the file; it doesn't re-render or compress the actual page content, so text stays sharp and selectable.
