Are my files really never uploaded?

Correct — every tool runs in your browser using WebAssembly. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tools keep working.

A tool isn't working on my file. What should I include in a bug report?

The tool name, your browser and version, the file type/size, and what happened. Please don't attach the file itself if it's confidential.

Can you add a new tool?

Very possibly — most of our tools started as user requests. Tell us the input format, the output you need, and how you'd use it.
