Official forms are usually distributed as PDFs with real form fields, but filling them normally means installing an editor or uploading the form to a website. This tool reads the fields locally, shows them as a simple list of inputs, writes your answers back into the PDF and can optionally lock (flatten) the result.

Frequently asked questions
The tool says no fields were found — why?
Your PDF is probably a scan or a flat printout without real form fields. Use the Edit PDF tool to type directly onto the page instead.
Is it safe for forms with personal information?
Yes — the form is read and filled entirely inside your browser, so IDs, addresses and signatures never leave your device.
What does locking the form do?
It flattens the fields after filling, so recipients see your answers as fixed page content and can no longer change them.
